433 0225 10 David Brown Clutch Lever Repair Kit (No Longer Available)

This complete lever repair kit is now discontinued and is no longer available.

We now only stock the release plate, part number K900268.

The original 433 0225 10 repair kit was designed for David Brown clutch assembly 125 0038 50 and also contained the correct components for lever kit 433 0236 10, used on clutch assembly 128 0045 50.

If you only require the release plate, K900268 is still available separately.

• 3 x K900266 – Release lever pin (item 22)
• 3 x K900265 – Roller pin (item 15)
• 1 x K900268 – Release plate (item 12) (still available separately)
• 3 x K900264 – Roller (item 14)
• 6 x K900274 – Circlip (item 15)
• 3 x K900278 – Long split pin and 6 x washers (item 13)
• 3 x K900258 – Setting shim (item 19)
• Additional spacer shims

Technical Notes

This repair kit was originally produced to overhaul the clutch release lever mechanism on David Brown 125 0038 50 clutch assemblies. It also contained the correct components for 433 0236 10, used with 128 0045 50 clutch assemblies.

Although the complete kit is no longer available, the K900268 release plate remains available as a separate replacement part. If you are rebuilding one of these clutch assemblies and require other components from the original kit, please contact us as individual parts may still be available separately.
