37D442 - Inlet valve thimble - used in 2.8, 3.4, 3.8, 4/98 and 6/98 engines
Note early BMC 2.6, 3.4, 3.8 engines are fitted with thimble AMK1569, which uses the inlet valve key AMK1570.
