Our genuine 86K1164 reconditioned flywheel is suitable for a wide range of Nuffield, Leyland and Marshall tractors fitted with BMC 3-cylinder, BMC 4-cylinder, Leyland 4/98 and Leyland 6/98 engines. Each flywheel is an original factory component that has been professionally inspected and reconditioned, making it an excellent choice when replacing a worn or damaged flywheel.
Unlike many aftermarket replacements, these are genuine original flywheels, ensuring the correct dimensions, balance and fit as intended by the manufacturer.
Before being supplied, every flywheel is carefully inspected and the clutch friction surface is professionally machined to provide a clean, flat mounting face ready for installation with a new clutch. We also inspect the ring gear and overall condition to ensure the flywheel is suitable for continued service. Please see the pictures for the condition of this flywheel and the hairline cracks and surface marks on it after skimming.
As these are genuine used components, each flywheel will display signs of previous use. Light cosmetic marks, machining marks and age-related imperfections are entirely normal and are evidence of the flywheel's original service life. These do not affect the performance of a correctly reconditioned flywheel, and we believe in showing honest photographs of the actual condition wherever possible.
