Quality replacement 5/16" x 2" UNF/UNC stud used on a number of BMC 1500 diesel engine applications, including the thermostat housing on the Leyland 154 and Nuffield 4/25 tractors.
This double-ended stud features UNC threads at one end for fitting into the casting and UNF threads at the opposite end for securing the component with a nut. It is manufactured as a direct replacement for the original stud and is suitable for repairs, restoration and routine engine maintenance.
