ATJ7482 belt pulley bevel gear with 28 teeth, designed to mesh with the 23-tooth gearbox pinion gear fitted to Nuffield tractors.
IMPORTANT: This is the Version 2 bevel gear, featuring an updated tooth profile which differs from the earlier version. It must be paired with the correct Version 2 gearbox pinion gear (ATJ7481).

Used in the belt pulley drive assembly on Nuffield tractors, transferring drive through the bevel gear and mating gearbox pinion.
ATJ7481 – Version 2 gearbox pinion gear (23 teeth)
The Version 2 bevel gear (ATJ7482) must only be fitted with the matching Version 2 gearbox pinion gear (ATJ7481).
The earlier and later versions have different tooth profiles and are not interchangeable individually.
Gearbox Serial Numbers:
4010–43957 and onwards: Gearboxes in the specified range and later should already have the correct Version 2 pinion gear fitted.
Earlier gearboxes: The Version 2 pinion gear can be retrofitted, allowing the later bevel gear to be used.
Always check the existing gearbox pinion gear and identification markings before ordering to ensure the gears are correctly matched.
