BTJ2374 is a UK manufactured replacement engine stop cable for the Leyland Lightweight range of tractors. Manufactured in the UK using quality materials, it is produced to closely match the original specification, making it an excellent choice for restorations, original rebuilds and everyday working tractors.
Supplied complete with a red "PULL TO STOP" knob, this cable features a durable outer casing and a strong inner cable to provide smooth, reliable operation.
The engine stop cable provides the mechanical connection between the dashboard pull knob and the fuel injection pump stop lever. Over time, the original cable can become stiff, corroded or seize internally, making the engine difficult to stop or requiring excessive pulling force.
Our UK manufactured replacement cable is designed to closely match the original dimensions and routing, helping to ensure straightforward installation and dependable operation. For the longest service life, route the cable with gentle bends and avoid sharp kinks during installation.
