Leyland 3.4 TD engine kit with 5-ring 95mm pistons.

This engine overhaul kit is built to suit your individual engine application. There is not one engine kit that fits every BMC 4-cylinder engine, so we will need either your engine serial number or the engine liner size before supplying the correct parts.

This engine kit is fitted to the Leyland 344 tractor.

Please call or email us with your engine serial number before ordering, so we can identify and build the correct engine kit for your application.

The serial number of the BMC 4-cylinder engine is stamped in the rear top corner on the right-hand side of the cylinder block, below the No. 4 cylinder injector. We have made a YouTube video showing where to find the serial number and you can click here to watch this video.

You are looking for a serial number that is of similar format to 34TD/1234/12345.

Engine kit contains:

• 4 x piston and pin, 5-ring type
• 4 x piston ring set
• 4 x engine liner
• 4 x liner seal set
• 4 x liner shim at 0.003" (other sizes are available if you need them)
• 4 x small end bush (the small end bushes will need reaming after fitting)
• 1 x head gasket set, including valve stem seals
• 1 x bottom gasket set
• 1 x front crank seal
• 1 x rear crank seal
• 8 x tab washer
