Leyland 6/98 engine kit for the 6/98 NT engine fitted to the Leyland 2100.

This engine overhaul kit is built to suit your individual engine application. There is not one engine kit that fits every Leyland six-cylinder engine, so we will need either your engine serial number or the engine liner size before supplying the correct parts.

Important ordering note:

This kit is for the 6/98 NT engine fitted to the Leyland 2100. Please ring for other applications as we make the engine kits specifically to your tractor.

The serial number of the Leyland six-cylinder engine is stamped in the rear top corner on the right-hand side of the cylinder block, below the No. 6 cylinder injector. We have created a You Tube video showing the location of the serial number on the 4 cylinder tractors. You can use this video as it is the same principle, but you are lookign underneath No 6 injector for the serial number.

You are looking for a Leyland six-cylinder engine serial number. If you are unsure whether this kit is correct for your engine, please contact us before ordering. An example serial number for a Leyland 2100 wouild be 498DT/1234/12345

Engine kit contains:

• 6 x piston and pin
• 6 x piston ring set
• 6 x engine liner
• 6 x liner seal set
• 6 x liner shim at 0.003"(other sizes are available if you need them)
• 6 x small end bush (the small end bushes will need reaming after fitting)
• 1 x head gasket, including valve stem seals
• 1 x bottom set
• 1 x front crank seal
• 1 x rear crank seal
