86K1098 - Injector sleeve as fitted to the Leyland 4/98 and 6/98 engines

Fitted to the following tractors:
Leyland 255, 270, 262, 462, 272, 472, 282, 482, 285, 485, 2100, 4100
Leyland 602, 604, 702, 704, 802, 804
Marshall 602, 604, 702, 704, 802, 804, 904XL, 100, 115, 125

86K1098 injector sleeve must be rolled top and bottom with Churchill service tools as shown in the picture.

All sleeves should be fitted with 86K1099 injector washer.

Note late engines are fitted with a o-ring 86K906.

Note if rolling tools are not available please use part number 37D2599 as this can fitted without rolling tools. When using 37D2599 sleeve you do not require injector washer 86K1099.

Service tools not included with the injector sleeve.
