ATJ9142 is a replacement engine stop cable, manufactured outside the UK, for a wide range of Nuffield, Leyland and Marshall tractors. It offers a great value alternative to the UK manufactured cables that we also supply. Although the cable is longer than the original versions, the extra length can easily be accommodated during installation, making it suitable for many different tractor, agricultural and industrial applications.
This tractor stop cable features a durable outer casing, a strong inner cable and a red pull knob marked "PULL TO STOP". It is ideal for restoration projects, working tractors and original rebuilds.
This cable is longer than both of the UK manufactured alternatives listed below, allowing it to be trimmed and adapted to suit the individual application where required.
This cable does not fit the following applications:
Although this cable is an alternative to CTJ3826 for the Leyland 285, 485, 2100 and 4100 and the Marshall 704XL, 804XL and 904XL, it does not fit applications that originally used the CTJ6191 cable on these model ranges. Although listed for Nuffield, Leyland and Marshall tractors, this is a universal-style mechanical stop cable that is suitable for many other tractor, plant, agricultural, industrial and stationary engine applications. The inner cable measures 1570 mm (62") and the outer casing measures 1420 mm (56"), allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of installations. Please compare these dimensions and the cable ends with your existing cable before ordering to confirm suitability for your application.
