18G8239 - Brake disc lining kit for the Nuffield and Leyland tractors with brake discs.
Each kit contains contains 4 x 18G8239 linings and 24 x 27H3505 rivets.
Fitted to the following tractors:
Nuffield 10/42, 10/60, 3/45, 4/65
Leyland 344, 384, 253, 255, 270, 245, 262, 462, 272, 472, 282, 482
4 x brake linings and rivets, this kit will reline two brake discs (disc outside diameter 163mm).
So 2 kits are required per tractor.
It is recommended that when replacing the brake discs or brake linings that the brake actuator springs and balls are replaced. This will help minimise the chance of the brakes grabbing (locking) during operation.
